Van Landuyt & Partners, the European Law Firm member for Belgium has recently strengthened the team with the addition of three new partners; Isabel Van den Bossche, Kristof De Saedeleer and Elisa Van Bocxlaer.
Isabel Van den Bossche (left) graduated in 1996 at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and is a member of the Dutch speaking bar association since 1999. In addition, Isabel has studied International and European Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels. Her matters of preference are Social Law, Labour Law and Civil Law in general.
Kristof De Saedeleer (right) is a practicing lawyer holding a Master degree in Environmental Law from the University of Ghent (2003). Following a career as a professional football player, Kristof is mainly active in the field of Sports law. Mr. De Saedeleer represents federations, clubs, players, athletes and players’ agents before court and other national and international dispute resolution bodies such as FIFA, UCI, FIBA, FIVB and CAS. In addition, he lecturers in Sports Law and has written several juridical contributions regarding Sports Law.
Elisa Van Bocxlaer (middle) graduated in 2010 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels and is a member of the Dutch speaking bar association since April 2010. Elisa focusses on Criminal Law but, due to the multidisciplinary approach applied within the office, she also handles cases in a number of other legal fields. She was admitted to the list of lawyers entitled to begin proceedings before the Belgian High Court in 2015.
